Yesterday, we all went down to Alfriston in East Sussex for a nice change of scenery. My wife wanted to have a look in MuchAdoBooks and while she was browsing, the kids and I took Barney for a lovely walk along part of the River Cuckmere.
On the way back to the car park, the kids spotted something bobbing up and down ahead of us. "Look, look, there's a dog that keeps popping up over that wall." I suppose the good folk of Alfriston are familiar with Stanley the Labradoodle. I had to get a few pics of him before we left as he looked so good peering over the flintstone wall. As I was doing so, the owner came back with her children and told me that so many people take pictures of Stanley. Apparently, he likes to keep a bit of an eye on the comings and goings of the Willows car park across the road.
